Book time in our private wellness room, designed for total relaxation and recovery. This space features a Sunlighten red light therapy sauna, which helps support circulation, muscle recovery, and overall wellness in a gentle, calming way.  Your session also includes access to a massage chair and cooling face masks, giving you a full-body experience from start to finish.

This is your own wellness space. Use the room however you'd like during your scheduled time. Relax, sweat, recover, or enjoy all the features at your own pace.

We also offer a monthly, unlimited package for this space! The Unlimited "Wellness" Membership includes unlimited 30-minute sauna sessions for only $100 (a $500 value!).
